After few days, Karthik accepted the reality and decided to move on. It's not easy to forget and forego the dear love, overnight. But, when the reality strikes, the mind helps the heart to heal slowly.
Karthik did not meet Priya and did not even stop by the waters. The more he wanted to avoid, the more his thoughts lingered around her. Coming from the media industry, being intolerant to the flaws of the society, this angry young man couldn't resist the injustice caused to Priya and Raj. But, He was a little dubious as well, whether Raj was really innocent.
He decided to get to the bottom of this. If Raj was proved to be guilty, then he can convince Priya to move on in her life, with a tiny ray of hope for him to woo her. If Raj was proved innocent, then that would be the greatest gift he could give, to his dearest love. Besides, he could unveil the dirty crime to the public.
“Hi Mr.Raj, I am Karthik. I am working in media. I recently got curious about your accusations and judgements. I infact did quiet a research about you. Looks like a big fish is trying to slip away. I need few information from you. That's why I am here”, said Karthik. He used his media background to attain permission to meet Raj. Karthik was very doubtful as to why it was so difficult to meet him. Even the criminals who had committed hellish crimes were easy to meet. Finally, he was here, standing opposite to Raj. Even the little jealousy in Karthik’s mind has already faded away.
“Who the hell are you? Who sent you here? I have been sentenced to life already and lost everything. What more do you people need?”, shouted Raj. His voice reflected the pain of betrayal.
Karthik tried to convince him that he was here only to help him. But, Raj was not in his state, to listen to him or to trust him. Karthik tried his best not to mention about Priya. But, he had no other option.
